Creator's Promise

Creator's Promise

A Native American depiction based off of the American iconic "Mona Lisa" painting by Leonardo DaVinci. In this version Thunder Voice Eagle does a rendition from a Native American perspective. Merging both worlds. The idea of not being able to change history but to create a better future.

The name Lisa, is a derivitive of the Hebrew name Elizabeth meaning "Creator's Promise".

***A portion of all proceeds of "Creator's Promise" go to the organization Sovereign Bodies:

Sovereign Bodies is a grassroots Indigenous research institute dedicated to capacity building research on gender and sexual violence against Indigenous peoples. The work they are doing on the ground for MMIW, is profound, and we are honored to partner in raising awareness of the necessary and timely work they are doing.
